Though this archetype has largely disappeared from top-tier Legacy play due to faster combos and power creep, \u003cem\u003eHigh Tide\u003c\/em\u003e still has some play. In Commander\/cEDH, it’s sometimes used in mono-blue storm or spell-slinger decks (like \u003cem\u003eArjun\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003eTalrand\u003c\/em\u003e, or \u003cem\u003eJin-Gitaxias\u003c\/em\u003e), especially those that focus on big turns with lots of spells. \u003cem\u003eHigh Tide\u003c\/em\u003e is not on the Reserved List.
