    Dwarven Demolition Team, first printed in Alpha (1993), is a red 1/1 creature that can tap to destroy a wall- a unique effect that is rarely relevant. It reflects Magic’s early focus on creature type interactions. The card sees no play in competitive formats due to its extremely narrow utility. Despite this, it occasionally sees play in Old School formats, where players value nostalgia over efficiency. Dwarven Demolition Team is not on the Reserved List, it was removed from the list in March 2022. It was part of the original list but was one of 22 cards that Wizards of the Coast removed in a policy change.
