Changing a creature’s color could interact with: Landwalk, protection abilities, color-hosing spells and combat tricks. Legends flavor drew heavily on mythical illusion magic, enchantresses and mystical transformations, and simple enchantments. This card doesn’t produce card advantage or stats, so its competitive play has always been extremely niche. In Commander (EDH), \u003cem\u003eDream Coat\u003c\/em\u003e is mainly used in some casual, Aura- or protection-based decks.
