Amrou Kithkin is a two-mana white 1/1 Kithkin Soldier, first printed in Legends (1994), that can’t be blocked by creatures with power 3 or greater. It’s a tiny but evasive creature designed to punch above its weight. Its ability to ignore blockers with power 3 or greater turns it into an early aggressive threat that can slip past most big creatures, allowing it to chip away at opponents’ life totals or trigger abilities that care about dealing combat damage. Mechanically, it’s a classic evasive 1/1 – the kind of card that rewards timing and tactical attacks rather than brute force. Thematically, it reflects the Kithkin’s lore: small, nimble, and clever soldiers who rely on agility and coordination rather than raw power. Amrou Kithkin is featured in a few types of Old School (93/94) decks, including White Weenie variants and more niche budget or casual decks. The “KithKinTron” deck uses Amrou Kithkin in combination with artifacts and enchantments like Ashnod’s Transmogrant, Crusade and Holy Armor and other creatures such as Repentant Blacksmith and Serra Angel. The “Camo-Pendel-Kithkin” deck is a casual build that focuses on the creature’s ability by using cards like Pendelhaven, Wyluli Wolf, Army of Allah and Camouflage to make it bigger and harder to block. Amrou Kithkin is on the Reserved List.
